The last 10 pages of this thread have been 50 posts from Delancey playing armchair attorney.

From what we've seen/been privy to so far (and I don't even know all of the details), it seems that there is a lot more suspicion in Alves' account and activities on that night than doubt can be raised in the woman's account/activities. That's why the sentence fell against Alves, but also why it's not like a 20 year sentence, and instead 5ish years.

So all in all it looks like she went with him to the bathroom, wanted a bit fun/ drugs but no sex but Alves was too horny and didnt let she go. Stupid Dani. Cheat his wife with another woman is shameful but rape is a new level of a disgrace.
