Yes in my opinion. Totti for me has been one of the best players of his generation, and hugely underrated due to the lack of trophies. Had he played for a bigger and more competitive club I'm pretty sure he'd have been as successful as Zidane or any other great of his era. But on an individual level he doesn't have to play for a top club to prove he's one of the best Fwd/AMs ever.
