Not by much, Hazard cost them 100M (and some add-ons) while Coutinho came with 120 (and some major add-ons) and Bayern paid 20M for his loan.
Coutinho is also the younger player, so he might end up being sold for few millions, Hazard is already over 30, doubt RM will be able to get anything for him.

According to Transfermarkt we are paying Liverpool €135m (some of which still haven’t been paid yet by us, of course) and Bayern’s loan fee was only €8.5m.

The point of Coutinho being younger and therefore will generate a higher resale value is on paper only. If he is always injured, chances are we will get nothing for him.

Textbook panic buy, screwed by Neymar and basically Bartomeu caved in and brought the checkbook and let clubs like Liverpool and Dortmund take advantage of us.
