He played it swag. Upamec in comparison was giving vibes of Vidal after his 8th Irish Coffee. Did score a nice header though (Mohawk man worthy).

yeah he's got a bit of the Pogba "floaty" running style. In terms of positioningm last season in Rennes, he was used more as a CDM, type who "extinguishes fires" when his m8s fuck up.
He's got this knack for predicting where the ball will be. Dunno how he does, maybe file it under instincts and smart read
He's not the main focus though. 2019-20, dude averaged +12 tackles, interceptions and blocks for only 59 touches per 90min (vs 94 for Pogba and 98 for Rakitic). Yet, whenever on, he's the one that seems to control the game. It's weird that way.
So I guess you could says he could attack and create chances like Pogba if he wanted to but for now anyways, he's been playing more sim to Casemiro or Partey.
A work in progress though and this season, with Nzonzi in CDM, he's been given more room to roam about and charge forward.

World class talent and we should go for him if there is money left after we reinforce the attach + defense. But it would not be catastrophe if we dont get him. Plenty of good young midfielder besides Camavinga. Mikel Merino is also someone to consider. Kudus has only played two games for Ajax but already look like a top player. Was good in Denmark but didnt know he could perform so quickly for Ajax. Many dont like English players for Barcelona but Declan Rice is also top class. Soumare, Guimaraes....
