I see no problem with Semedo, Mascherano etc. It's not great right now because injuries.
If someone told me last season that next Clasico we'll be playing without Neymar and with Paulinho and Vermaelen...
Or Barca would go away to Real Madrid with Verm in the defence with S.Roberto at RB after all those errors last season . Then throw in a midfield of an ageing Iniesta with Paulhino AND Rakitic !!!
It doesn't look good in my view .

Roberto and Rakitic is one slow ass flank. If there is any space Marcelo will just bomb forward with Ronaldo to cause chaos.
Honestly Ernesto Valverde makes my blood boil. I can easily see a repeat of the Super cup here.

Roberto isn't slow. Rakitic is!
Rakitic must perform the way he used to do when Alves played for us... Otherwise, Ronaldo-Marcelo combination will cause lots of problems and will probably take an advantage from it as well...

fuck, seems like messi will be double marked by kovasic & casemiro, to be completely fair kovasic really managed to mark him well in the supercopa, let's hope this time wll be a different.

Roberto should b3 playing as a right mid/ winger with Semedo behind him.

Isco benched for Kovacic.. Means more stability in midfield, this could screw us up :/
