Yes, he is..it will be between him or Puyol to replace Abidal. I'm more worried about who will play as a DM.
And it's good that Abidal can finally have some rest. I have been pretty dissapointed with his performances this year and apparently he didn't impressed with France either.

Well, I'm less worried about the DM role...There's good midfield depth and someone whether it's Mascherano, Keita, JDS, Roberto, Cesc or Thiago will get the job done...Puyol already looks like he's a player we can't expect to play every match let alone fill in at LB...Gotta be Adriano then I guess
