That is just me guessing on Roberto going back to RB as Vidal is worse than him and Semedo doesn't seem ready going by his perforformances and fact not being selected.

Paulinho does stick out like a sore thumb. Right profile in terms of more physical presence I think as midfield gets bullied too often but it is like signing Song. There are far better out there to do that job.

Suarez needs to be sold. Messi is playing false 9 again and for that we need 2 great wingers. However, for that system we also need creative midfield.

Only remaining option right now is to buy Coutinho and Dembele and to move Messi behind Suarez. Suarez would be wasteful as he was last season.

False 9?. Messi has been his best last two seasons playing more as a number 10 rather than a winger.

With Saurez occupying the center backs, Messi can play more centrally.

Check the heat maps for most of the matches and you'll see where Messi spends most time on the pitch.
