Ernesto Valverde - V1

So... who should we hire? Who is currently the most inspiring, attack-minded coach (besides the obvious two, Klopp & Guardiola)?

Edit: Ten Hag, perhaps?

Won't believe for a second that Ernesto "it is what it is" Valverde will ever resign on his own until it's official.

I see Garrus lurking in this thread

Come out and show yourself you fraud, I'll never forget those long essays you wrote about how Valverde was so brilliant and basically as good a coach for us as Pep  There's a Hall of Shame thread in this forum for a reason and can't think of anything more worthy.

Vindication for all those mind numbingly stupid debates I'd see on BF with apologists claiming the likes of Raki/EV/Roberto/Coutinho are world class lmfao.

Tonight is legitimately the best night as a Barca fan for me under Valverde's tenure. Valencia will have a special place in my heart.

We need a character. Reach out to Poch after final. He said he didn’t wanna coach us back then because he was going for the Madrid job. Let’s see now. Or one of the young German coaches, Nagelmanns. But when Poch is on the market you go for him. He can save the club for so many money because he is so good at taking players to the next level.

In Enrique's last season, Barcelona earned unfavorable results but at least still played all-risk, exciting football...

Under Valvarde, Barcelona are BOTH earning unfavorable results AND playing poorly...

No chance.

From his comments, he sounds like he really enjoys being there.

And he didn't want to coach us because of his Espanyol ties.

Nagelsmann is unfortunately already Leipzig bound, has been since last summer. While I can't see Poch leaving Tottenham, especially not now after they made it to the CL final out of the blue and their fans are finally starting to believe they can start winning the biggest trophies with this team and manager.
