I don't want a group stage exit to happen solely because we would then replace QSG as the premier laughing stock of Europe.
Please at least let us be no.2 in that one.
Please EV.
📰 [AS] | Ernesto Valverde is calm and still has the support of the dressing room.
Group stage exit would be the needed shock, because that fucking weasel is still hiding behind 1st place in La Liga and CL, when it's obvious that his tactics are non-existent and the team is in chaos and in crisis. It's good that more and more pundits and former managers are starting to say it how it is. So the final period of the Valverde tenure has already begun.
We're lucky to have won/drawn all the games in CL btw. Dortmund away, Inter home, Slavia away. Inter could've been 3-0 up in the first half on Camp Nou, Dortmund dominated us all game in Germany and even Slavia had more chances and shots on goal than us at their stadium. Out of all the matches, we only played well in the 2nd half of the Inter game. That's 1 out of 8 halves.
Incredible delusion.
A bit off topic, but Lampard is now proving why Xavi could be a very good idea sooner than people might think. Basically 1 year coaching experience prior to the Chelsea job, not even in the first league, and is now leading the changing of the generation at his dream club quite well. With bravery, leadership, and trusting the youth.
Young players developing under him at a rapid pace.
Bartomeu
"This season we have brought in young players who have to help us get through those stages. We think that Valverde is the ideal coach to lead this blending of a generation of players of a certain age who have been so successful with that of up-and-coming players."
"It is important to create this bond, this union, to make a new team and this new group that will carry Barça forward. And Valverde has this ability."

First Shitverde trolling and now Barto.
N a separate note how would Gallardo fare here?
From what I've seen River play a possession game but alot of goals come from whipped to crosses from the wing. There is alot of movement from the players. With club de amigos nobody gets at the end of crosses and there is no movement either
