He’s so uninspiring and I’ve now lost the desire to watch our matches.
He panders to the senior players at every opportunity and has no back bone. He plays shit on a stick football and makes the same mistakes repeatedly. Don’t even get me started on his complete inability (and disinterest?) in integrating the younger players.

The team can certainly play better, but to be fair to Ernesto the players available to choose from are hardly capable of producing champagne football.
Look at our current forward options:
-33 year old aging Messi
-33 year old unfit Suarez
-Griezmann with no position in the XI
-17 year old green Fati
-A nothing player in Perez
Midfield situation is perhaps even more dire:
-32 year old tree Busquets
-32 year old finished Rakitic
-33 year old washed up Vidal
-De Jong playing his first season in Spain
-Average Roberto
Taking a gander at the list of players above it is hard to see any manager bar the top coaches in world football taking the club to great heights. You can argue we should have been more proactive in the summer market, or that EV should have developed certain players more, but as of today these are the options that he has.
Scapegoating is popular among the masses, but critically thinking should not be lost in all of this. Even if we had just Dembele and Arthur back and both playing to half their potential this team would be multiple levels better already. The players still contributing the most are the seniors despite all their shortcomings. We need other players to step up and take some of the burden of their backs.
We have no proper winger and attacking midfielder. Please show me one big club in the world that is playing well and thriving without both these components.

Sack the moron and rebuild. Stop treating players as untouchable. Only untouchable player is Messi, and even he can be convinced to do some things better by a proper manager. All the others can be benched by any manager with balls and authority. Just like they were under Luis Enrique.
Please don't bring another conservative manager who tries to keep the status quo and is an asshole to every young player that didn't cost 100m.
