Used to like him a lot but even before Chelsea leading the race I kind of cooled the hype.
I see him a good starting RW in big club, no doubt, but I thought he is a future ballon d'or contender. No more

Still so young now though. Could very well fulfill that potential.

I think I said at the time that we are blessed that Lamine has shown the mentality to consistently perform at the top level. So it doesn't make sense to sign Estevao as an unproven project compared to Lamine at the same position who is a proven project- even if we got a succulent offer from PSG or elsewhere.

Of course if we had the resources and farming system available of the English sides then that would be different.

Let's just hope we don't miss out on the next big rightfooted winger. That is where our gap is.

Got his first call up for Brazil, until then toying with bums in Brazilian league.

So sad out of all clubs shitty Chelsea grabbed this guy. If he proves himself in such a shithole he's something else.

Don't wanna put my hopes up until I see him doing wonders in Europe, especially after Endrick and Roque cases. He's a beauty to watch, hope he doesn't decline.

Has already equalled Neymar's GA output in Brazil. You could argue that the Brasileiro was tougher and had more quality back then though.

Watched his highlights and I'm impressed with his progression, but two points.

He lacks athletic spark which may harm him in Europe, technical prowess is undeniable though. The second is that he looks like he is doing everything through treacle. The feet are fast but the body is slow. Think early Trincao on a bad day.

Lastly, Chelsea is 100% the wrong development move. He will likely end up in Strasbourg next season though.

I agree, joining Chelsea was a terrible decision
You need to be a very serious baller to prove yourself in such mediocre environments

Fact that we missed out on him and that kid city signed, may come back to bite us in the ass.

Two most talented young players in South America IMO.

But in masia I trust.

Yamal is RW
LW was Gabriel Mec,

Likely that Estevao or Yamal end up in the 10 spot. So potentially both can play together.

Mec is also agreed to join Chelsea too right? Gremio owe taxes to Spain so unlikely they sell here, unless someone pays it as part of a deal.

Messinho plays more central nowadays tbf.

Fact that we missed out on him and that kid city signed, may come back to bite us in the ass.

I.Diarra and Lamine are more likely to occupy the AM RW spots.
While at this age you buy based on talent more than need/position, we didn't have this luxury.

Echeverri is amazing, but unless he became full time LW he is, again, will occupy the AM position.
