No they are not. How can team having Nolito and Morota as part of strike force be even considered the best squad? Spain midfield is shambles without and engine Busi and Iniesta are useless. Dont get me started on Pique and Ramos partnership.

It wasn't Morata that scored crucial goals to take Juventus very close to winning the Champions League last year?

Nolito is also a quality player, Italy would probably kill for someone like him.

Eric Dier has been Englands best player. He has everything to play in that DM role.

Going to be top, top class I think.

He was good at Spurs last season. But still I stay by my point. England and Belgium can't be taken that serious. They have big names but not better players than Spain imo.

Another favourite team out of the competition.

Spain`s biggest problem in the last few years is that they don`t have a lethal striker anymore. Nolito, Aduriz, Morata etc. are nowhere near the level of David Villa or Fernando Torres (2008, not today). They have a great midfield, just like Croatia, but someone has to run into space and finish chances.

What is all this hype about Nolito about? Looks bang average to me.

Yea, sadly, it's true. Looks good in La Liga, but so did Tello the majority of times. In fact, he plays like an older Tello.

Torres would've helped more today than every offensive player Spain had.

Vdb also made many wrong choices. Starting cesc, not calling Paco Alcacer, Saul. He also didn't really changed tactics during games, just names. He really should step down. No idea who'd be a good fit to take over, but the spanish nt need fresh ideas.

Yeah it's looking more and more like Portugal are the dark horse of the Euro 2016.

If Lewandowski can just get his shit together for one fucking match...I'm praying.

If Portugal do win it, it will quite literally be the worst 1.5 months of football I have (or will ever) experience in my life.

1) Real Madrid winning the CL
2) Argentina losing Copa
3) Portugal winning Euros

It's TOO MUCH.

They lack motivation since too many players won too many NT and CL trophies.
I don't see how you can recharge those motivational batteries once they drain.

Spain starting XI
De Gea
JF - Pique - Ramos - Alba
Busquets Iniesta Cesc
Nolito Silva Morata

De Gea,JF,Nolito & Morata didn't win anything with the NT ,Alba has only 1 Euro and Cesc was mainly a super sub in most of his NT career
All those didn't win that much in their clubs, have only 1 CL title between those 5 .and few league titles that half of Italy squad won it with Juve
Same about Silva,gr8 with NT but this will be the only thing he will show for his resume when he retires
Only 4 players in those won everything and has too much trophies
Iniesta and he was probably the best player for them,Pique and he is the one who showed the most heart (De Gea beats both, but talking about outfield players) ,Ramos & Busquets
So only 4/11 supposed to lacck motivation .and actually those 4 have shown more motivation than the other players..
I honestly don't believe this is the case, not this time.most of those players had a lot to prove but talent wise they aren't good enough to be dominant and when out coached it was bound for failure

Portugal won't win it.
But they'll probably reach semis or a final.

A team from the other side of a draw (probably Germany) will win it
