These things should've been prevented with time by the Croatian FA. It may be well too late now, and this surely will not go without a sanction from UEFA. I just hope that they will not disqualify Croatia as I really like the NT and the country in overall.

However, similar problems exist in serbia and in Kosovo with the hooligan fans. One thing is certain, the fan clubs should never be allowed to take the role of a respective FA. When that is allowed, then you will have never-ending issues. All the causers and threatening people should be arrested and prosecuted. That's the best way they could learn.

serbia's FA cannot control the fans there and the situation is very complicated. In Kosovo, the fan clubs tried to do the same, but the immediate reaction (arresting and prosecuting) took place, now the fan clubs are quiet and behave well.

For some people (like these in today's case), the only answer that they can understand is FORCE. Otherwise, they will try to take over and the NT, in this case Croatia's will suffer a lot.

It's a pity for players like Rakitic and Modric to suffer because of some morons. It's just simply inexcusable.

No they arent that is just bollocks.

It is like putting the blame on police for any crime that happens.

Security can only go so far.

As organizer you have responsibility to provide security. And the french just keep failing badly at this. Especially as they should be on high alert because of all those terror fears.
Stating that they have no responsibility at all like you just did is what is really bollocks.

Yes and they have reportedly stopped a lot of planned attacks worse than what happened today.

Tell me where in the world there is a country that can stop all crime and threats...you wont be able to as it is impossible. The best they can do is limit things as much as possible.

The blame is not on France. Just a farce to claim that. The responsobility is with those that caused the trouble.

As i have said before, round up all the trouble-makers and put them in jail(or put them away for good) indefinitely. Perhaps put them in all in a single camp where they can beat the shit out of each other, good riddance.

I did not say stop all crime. But certain fan groups are known to cause problems. And exactly those known groups were not kept in check. Those were not surprises there.
And the organizers failed not once but now repeatedly.

And of course the blame goes first to the perps themselves, I did not indicate anything otherwise.

The responsobility to keep those groups in check falls as much to the police and FA from those countries involved and Uefa have responsibility for safety in the ground as well.

There are multiple groups trying to keep it safe and from other reports have stopped a lot of far worse attacks than what happened today.

Blaming France as the host nation for trouble in the ground is a joke.

No you can't. You just need those that are actually entering the stadium. It's not that difficult.

Millions will enter the stadiums over two weeks.

Also, there is special security for risky games from a terrorist pov, this isn't one of those games.

Those fans who create problems know that Croatia is corrupted and you can't get rid of Mamic who is connected with top politicians.
So, they are creating problems on international matches, for example Dinamo in Champions league of Croatia on Euros or World cup.
Where Croatian justice can't deal with Mamic, but Uefa and Fifa.

I have a few "friends" among those troublemakers, or at least among guys who are close to them.
Those guys are slightly too passionate about Dinamo and about following football, and they act as if someone killed their family or something.
Or as if: if you touch Dinamo, I will kill you...

I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually kill Mamic or do something similar.

What is worse, in their heads, those fans believe that everything is justified and they believe that they are fighting for a right cause and that they are victims and good guys here.

More or less, just imagine any war, where both sides think that they are right.
Or imagine terrorism and similar. They all believe that they are right and that they are fighting for a right cause.

So, it is extremely hard to talk or enter into any logical debate with those fans.
You can only get beaten up or killed.

Also, for some of them, if they end in jail or something, they don't care.
They are fighting for a right cause (they think so), and if you put in jail 100 of them, then new 100 of their friends will step in.

It's clearly a well organized group. You attack that by rooting out the leadership. After that just keep tabs on them, throw anyone willing to do shit to jail the first chance you get and flag anyone associated travelling to away matches. If you just throw your hands up, stay away from international football.
