To be fair, they only sucked at conversion. They were otherwise clearly superior in both matches.
Iceland and Austria were both quite lucky to get a point in those two matches.

They should punish those fans, not Croatia, the only country who should suffer is France for violence inside the stadiums, while I find it absurd to punish Croatia for things happening abroad that their forces can't control, maybe they could send some EU funds for their national education system eventually, but why do they have to be expelled as a team because of some fans like they actually choose them?
