It's an English ref, you'd actually want them to take a few seconds extra and come up with the correct decision rather than do whatever the fuck they do in the PL with the VAR.

are you referriung to the Insigne thing in extra time or in general? Because that wasn't Var, that was just the linesman taking long. They only use VAR for goal situations or red cards.
