I ordered the Dutch away jersey, French home jersey and German away jersey. I thought they looked really cool and would wear them casually when I watch a football game at a friend's place or something.

Now 2/3 teams are out. If Germany go out too its a bit freaky.

Buy RM jersey too the next time they qualify for the CL semi-finals.

Noticed it's quite similar in most countries. Usually folks who only watch international football cheer in the streets and pubs and go berserk when their national teams lose. There are, of course, exceptions, but I notice way less excitement and involvement with people who watch club football regularly.

Club people are more used to it and there's not as much emotional commitment as club football. Especially if you hang on forum like Barcaforum every day. Haha

Barca losing hurts much more than National team for me. General people care way more about the national than any club.

Damn, didn't think about that. They are already insufferable with the PL but they know their national level sucks. Would be horror show if they win it.

Make no mistake, England winning is a nightmare-scenario, particulary in such a PL and United/Liverpool-dominated country such as mine, we will never hear the end of it.
