Sure, I don't like it either. Shouldn't happen again, but don't think it's an excuse. France especially have a headcase problem with at least 5 major players in starting 11 so can't complain about anything else ahead of that. England have choked at home before. Spain choked at home in the groups. Italy were the only ones who truly took advantage yet.
