Pogba, with his casual often irresponsible high-risk spectacle style needs a work rate beast next to him, like a Kante, Essien, Gatusso type. Someone who doesn't want to challenge him for the spotlight and works hard non stop.

Yep, he's a showboater, but a good one if the system is working well in other positions. A bit like a midfield Neymar.
