Over both matches Salzburg was somewhat more on the receiving end of bad ref decisions.

Also refereeing has been really horrible in most of the semifinals this season. Have not watched the Arsenal vs Atlético matches, but I saw the other 6 matches and all of them were marked by bad to horrible refereeing.

Something really needs to change.

almost feels like this shit refereeing is like a ploy to persuade those against VAR. 'look how shit refs are, we need VAR we need robots and none of this will happen'

I'm for it but it has to be done better than we've seen recently, football is slowed down enough with time wasting let alone challenging decisions.
