The variance isn't "on your side", it's 0 Which points to an explanation other than luck.

The probability of a string of results like these happening mostly/fully due to luck goes down and down each time a next result like this appears. The more samples there are (18 games now?), the more confident we are in the variance estimation, and here we confidently see it's 0.
