Steaua was a joke for Chelsea, they played not 1% less, not 1% more than they needed to qualify further in this thrash competition, a decent + ambitious opponents will probably clear them, unless they seal the 4th place and get KO-ed by United and then they have nothing to lose.
I think they should get rid of the Group Stage and let the 3rd places from CL enter the Last 16 ( Not Last 32 ) so it will be 8 vs. 8 from EL, too many games for almost nothing for big clubs, it's making it a friendly competition almost.

yup it usually gives the incentive to go for the goal in the away match, makes the matches more tactical too.
