Toni Fernandez:
it is an outstanding player. In my opinion, he was hyped too early. He still needs a little more time to be able to perform to his full potential. Too much responsibility has been placed on his shoulders in recent weeks and months. He was born in 2008. We should let him grow. He's definitely going to be a great one.
Guille Fernandez:
Physically, he is already incredibly advanced for his young age. He has excellent technique. He will also make his way into professional football. Whether he will make it to Barcelona remains to be seen. After all, his competition is fierce.
Noah Darvich:
His style of play with lots of deep runs and opening passes doesn't really suit the second team. That's why he struggles. However, his talent is not far removed from Cousins Fernandez. He is incredibly important in the German national team and is seen as the biggest talent there. Now I heard at a coaching conference that various clubs want him for next season (Mirandes, Mallorca, Vigo, Vallecano, Levante). That would be a shame, but certainly good for his next step.
Jan Virgili:
He has incredible speed. His physique helps him with agile movements. However, his size could also be an obstacle to getting to the top. Nonetheless, I am sure that he will also become a professional. Like Unai Hernandez, however, it might not quite be enough for the top flight.
Torrents:
For me, he is the high-flyer of the last few weeks. He dribbles courageously on the left side of defense. He's stable defensively and creates danger offensively. If he stays injury-free, he could be an alternative for Flick at left-back next season. In my opinion, he is far more interesting than Gerard Martin.

16 years old, 25 B games, 5 goals. Contract until 2027.

No way he should leave. And Flick will have him and Toni as part of the full pre-season next year.

The article mentons the Porto route which we effectively fucked ourselves over with despite making some money. Hopefully we keep things simple, give the lad some first team experience and loan him rather than losing control.

Rate Toni ahead of him but clearly Guille has something about him and needs minutes to play more than anything to improve his decision making and selection.

Porto for Nico was amazing deal for Barca, especially considering he wasn't going to cut it here if we are being honest.

Guille plays in Mora position, and unless the later is sold, he isn't getting many minutes in the next couple of years there.

It all depends on how we rate him among another punch of guys we had. If we are being honest, it will be uphill battle for him to make it to first team. But if he is as special as hyped a year ago, he is bound to do it.

There is no space in the team for either of the cousins unless they both make a major leap.

Flick likes toni so that gives him an advantage, not he's too young and small.

Guillermo is rate highly by everyone Around the club, so they all can't be wrong.

One thing is for sure, they are both better than what they've been ablle to show during this dysfunction period at the B team.

Maybe one more year at the B team at most, then they get loaned out.

Toni has a chance in the first team as Lamine backup. It is wide open spot.

Both Fati and Pau Victor should be out, ideally we get a new signing while a youngster from La Masia move up and have 3 serviceable backups for our front 3.

Toni, Virgili or Diarra could be that young guy, Toni is the youngest and faces men atm, but his style is the least exciting tbf.

Yea i see that point, that's why I said he as an advantage, but he's just too small right now.

Maybe in 2 seasons he'll be really.

But he's the one with the advantage, the coach likes him and he's talented.

Gullie doesn't play on the wings so it's tougher for him, but he's a bit of a unit for his age, he could transition earlier from that prospective.

The next attacking promotion will coming from 1 of

Diarra
Virgili
Toni
Gullie

Unless someone else pops up.

Yeah I agree.

I am not so sure that Toni problem is his size tbh, but he lacks that wow factor. Lacks speed or burst or 1 on 1 trickery to cause havoc.

He can play in tight spaces, he knows where to be and is a good finisher, he could live on space left when defense collapse trying to defend better players.

We are facing a bit of a problem with Lamine and Cubarsi success, that every prospect now is too eager for first team with no patience. A bit like what happened when Messi popped in the scene.

Toni and Gulli could be promoted in 2028, and that would still be a young and perfect age for first team experience. But they won't wait until then.

A 16 year old wants to leave because he doesn't get minutes in the first team? Do you know how crazy that sounds? I'd leave both in the B team next season with some cameos in the first team but it will be though for Guille, maybe a little less for Toni on the wings.

If he insists on leaving then we should loan him but he's too young for that. 16/17 years old don't get minutes (except in Barca). The best way forward is staying in the club and being patient.

Long term there will have to be some though decisions in midfield. If even Guille shows first team quality we will have to make room by selling someone. In the 2 pivot positions we will have FDJ, Pedri, Bernal, Casado and in the 10 position Olmo, Fermin, Torre, even Rapha if we sign a winger). There is also Gavi who doesn't have a position. Depth is great but not everybody will be happy forever if they don't play much. We could sacrifice one of those to raise funds for fullbacks, wingers, goalkeeper and strikers. The obvious choice is Torre but we won't get much for him, after him it gets tricky to choose who could leave.
