Yamal at the centre and Xavi and Dinho relegated to the periphery? Pathetic.

Xavi and Dinho are huge figures for Barca's history and should be the most prominent after Messi and Cruyff.
Tbf It Doesn’t Prove Anything, Frank Rijkaard Has A Small Presence When Raphinha Has A Larger On In The Picture. Despite Rijkaard Winning Our 2nd UCL. I Believe It’s Just A Design Choice To Show The Legends Of Cruyff And Messi, While Yamal Is The Future

Very beautiful to realise that the 2006 UCL win was the ultimate healing of the scars from the nights of Bern ‘61 and Seville ‘86.

20 years since Seville and 35 years since Bern.

In the never ending cycle of Barcelona between the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, is a game that starts each phase. Barcelona started their greatest era with a win against Real Madrid in 2004 at the Bernabeu, signifying the start of something special for Barcelona and the start of the end for the Galacticos. Barcelona also started coincidentally their worst era with a 1-2 loss in the El Clasico, after 39 games unbeaten in the best form in the club’s history, losing that El Clasico was the first nail in the coffin for Luis Enrique and the start of the true decline of the club. Coincidentally again, it was the start of Real Madrid’s greatest era after the 50’s where the win against us propelled them to nearly win that league title and win La Undecima and the rest is history. But unfortunately, for us it was a blow that we still haven’t recovered from. You could say the game against Atletico in 2022 was a game signifying the start of something special, although it doesn’t seem like it but we will get there. The situation is so much harder than compared to 2003 and yeah.

Guys, if there were to be a book on Barça’s history, would the 2014-17 period be called the Enrique Era or the MSN Era. And also what would the 2012-14 period be called, perhaps the Lag era of the club….

Yk, sometimes it’s crazy to know that for such a big sporting institution. Barcelona never reached 2 UCL finals in a row, the closest we reached was 2010 and 2012, other than that no attempt was even close to that.
