Less than 24h after Barça reached the cl final, the judge opened the trial against rosell, Barto and Barça.

Now this doesn't mean they won the trial, but at least it'll be judged as it should have been, and with a bit more partiality.

I hope they take the situation seriously and hire the best lawyers. Better spending money up front than paying a big fine. Maybe there is still a way to avoid trial by agreeing to some compromise. Better with diplomacy than war.

Looks like the club is off the hook (for now). Rosell and Bartomeu could still face jail time. Trial will take place in Barcelona now.
