FC Barcelona: Win of the youth system

I really like Joao Filipe from Portugal/Benfica. Skillful dribbler like Ben Arfa. Also I think we should definitely keep following Morlanes and Brahim from this Spanish team, best outfield players with Barça's Busquets imo. We were close to Brahim when he was 13/14 but Man City snatched him from Malaga with more money. Still doubt that transfer was legal though...

Mboula was great.

Portugal has some players that Barça could try to "steal". José Gomes to begin with. What a striker. Dalot, the RB is a train on that side. The LB is also awesome. Tthe keeper is a Iceman.

Iif i had to choose only 1: Gomes.

No way we can "steal" Gomes .he is the next guy they are gonna sell for 30+M when he is 19 . we have our own GK prospect in Inaki who has been nothing but solid in the tournament too .

La Masia doesn't need more talented strikers, though. There's like one top talent for every team at the moment. In this age group: Abel Ruiz.

I think he is the kind of talent that if we can get we shouldn't think twice tbh no matter who we have .but it is very unlikely to happen

A shame Gabri doesn't seem to rate/like Ińaki though, he barely played this season after rejecting Man United. Cases, his competition, is a very shaky goalkeeper, especially with crosses and corners.

I think it is usually the case with Juvenil A to let the new GK get the bench treatment in his 1st season .and Cases IIRC isn't eligible to stay in Juvenil A so Inaki will get his starting spot next season most likely

I know it's custom, but it's ridiculous considering Iñaki's talent, quality and what he offers the team. Just look at the video on his ball distribution against the Netherlands in the U17 Euros. A team will function so much better when the GK knows how to play the game. Andre Cases is not that GK, at least not as good as Iñaki is. He rescued Spain multiple times as well in that same tournament with his saves. It's baffling that a coach doesn't seem to acknowledge this, especially when the team is not doing well.

Seems like it definitely wasn't. Moved before he was 16 and for footballing reasons. No surprise City will get away with it, though.

We all know FIFA specifically targets teams to punish for unlawful signings of youth players, and they don't even try to hide it. That Qatari academy called ''Aspire Academy'' is the most prominent example of that, but also Valencia for example could've been handed a ban already for Kang-In Lee, their Korean youth star.

It's not that Barça would have payed the money for Brahim though, but still. I hope we pull a Denis Suarez on him later because Brahim's talent is undeniable and he is destined to be an amazing player.

Seems like City hold him in pretty high esteem already. I might be wrong on that but yeah, he's an obvious star in the making.

Need City to keep splashing the cash and neglect their youth, then he's all ours. heheh

He overdribbles. Just like Quaresma did. Have to improve deciison making.

Cases is also short.
