Does Tito have the personality to manage this big team?

Make no mistake there are alot of egos in this dressing room and even Pep struggled with the pressures of the job last season.

I like Tito and I think he'll have a good command of the squad, I'm not to worried about him getting the team to do what he wants...The mere fact that Leo actually sat after 45 min of play against United says a great deal, IMO

Still, I'm more concerned with whether he has any tactical solutions to bunker busting in getting those much needed goals outside of Messi...The tie was a great way to distinguish him on the bench...Although to be honest, his biggest test may be in how he is able to work with Rosell

just a random section i stumble on
There is no question that Piqué’s arrival had beneficial effects on and off the pitch. Xavi said: “ Since
Gerard’s arrival, everyone is much more laid-back. He’s young and his character has fitted brilliantly
into this group because he’s full of the joys of life. When he first arrived it was obvious that he wanted
to have a good time, but that’s not what football’s all about.
“ You can have a laugh, but at the end of the day it’s a job of work, we are under tremendous
pressure and Piqué had to adapt to that. To a certain extent it was the captains, Valdés, Puyol and I,
who taught him about that – but he learned quickly and he learned a lot.
“ However, Piqué and Puyol are really close friends who work brilliantly together on the pitch. Off
the pitch, Puyol has changed completely. He’s so much more relaxed now. Piqué is the chief joker in
the squad. He is behind every prank, whether it involves mobile phones, team-mates’ shoes or
clothes.”

Possible starting line-up Vilanova's Barcelona: Valdes - Alves Mascherano Pique Alba - Xavi Busquets Iniesta - Alexis Cesc Messi

These are Tito's starters, according to sport. Cesc and Messi taking turns as the false 9?

this is just another one of those fantasy teams they put together. you can see those every time before the games as well. they don't have to be true you know?

i still belive he goes with messi-pedro-alexis and villa if fit up front most of the time. like the 10/11 season. and plays cesc more in interior, giving some rest for xavi especially and iniesta as well.
