De Jong is originally marking Raul Garcia. When Barca lost the ball, De Jong pushes out for no actual reason leaving his man alone. The's a huge gap now and Raul Garcia is left completely unmarked and this is how Athletic needed a single shortpass to skip the entire midfield line and get the counter underway. Imo he equally shares the blame for that goal with Busi, Lenglet and Ter Stegen also to an extent.
