Turns and trotted hsi way to better game than Gavi and Pedri and any of back four while being average at best.

Lewa should have done better with ball from FDJ in box in first half and had couple crunching tackles.

Struggles to progress ball today as team as whole did though.

Gavi defending on that first goal... wowzer. Amateur.

Haha no.. FDJ ws better today and has been the last few games when played together and come on.

FDJ was better without even being good..
You’re always defending Frenkie but other midfielders naming Pedri, Gavi, Casado, Olmo and maybe even Fermin are understanding the game of playing for result way better. If a person don’t see that then he don’t understand football. All of them know better when to play short, when to play long, when 1 or 2 touches are needed, when to twist/turn or when to play, when to shoot on goal and give through balls on the right time. Frenkie has the least timing in when to do the right thing in order to constantly play chance creating attacking football. He just dont have that intuition and thats why he’s often too late with the right pass to create danger. He can pass good around when it needs to be played as a possession game. When opponents are pressing and Barca can’t loose the ball. He’s good at that but even then he chooses passes that are in his comfortzone. Short between the lines and then waiting to receive it back. Often opponents close his teammates down because he plays that comfortpass that dont suit the moment. They handy to still keep the ball and his press resistance is nice but not for a team like Barca.

Absolute nonsense.

To think likes of Gavi understands how to play and even has the ability to dictate like that is laughable.

FDJ constantly has far better stats for ball progression, chances created, through balls etc than likes of Fermin or Gavi.

Clear as day team has improved with him coming on the past two games he came off bench and clear as day no one was held back in 5-1 and 7-1 wins around that.

FDJ literally leads Barca this season in involment in build up to goals in the league per minute.

Him and Gavi, I can't seem to put in a box where I would start them.
I would start Casado over FDJ, 8/10 times. Games where the DM doesnt need to do much interception and defending FDJ is a better player. But I dont think FDJ is a "DM".
Pedri is hands down, the better player as a CM, than Gavi or FDJ.

Gavi has been given more starts as a AM than FDJ. But Frenkie showed he was pretty good at it aswell.
We need to see more run of games from him to figure out if he's an out an out Starter in FlickBall.

It's really sad that JamDav is defending him for another average game. Yes he had a better match than both Gavi and Pedri but not like he was some standout MOTM like Yamal and Raphinha. Unlike you, most users on this forum, including me, aren't some player fans who will defend Gavi and Pedri to death even when they have average and shit games.

I still don't understand why you're so knee bent on him. Are you Dutch? Is FDJ your relative? What's the connection?

Side note: Come to think of it, for someone making 15M-19M salary, when was the last time this Dutch Mediocrity had a MOTM game? Two seasons ago? 19/20? Fuking hell.
