Argentina living rent free in your head :valverde:

How did Joao Neves do? Martinez has to listen me if Portugal wants to do well.

His white-blue socks says everything :pique:

He made some unnecessary mistakes in 1st half but overall a great performance, he played some terrific long passes to open the attacks. I had underrated this little kid and overrated Vitinha after his performance against us, Viti needs to come from bench.

This tournament comes too soon for Neves as I think he had his first full season at Benfica if I'm not mistaken?

I feel he'll be one of your most important players down the road.

1.5 seasons in total and 1 full season

Poch magic

This is the first time that the USMNT have lost four consecutive games since 2007, and they're now winless in seven straight matches against European teams.

Swiss keeper Gregor Kobel could've sat in a chair during the match. Despite taking seven shots, the USMNT failed to put any on target, generating an xG of only 0.42 during the match. Meanwhile, Switzerland were efficient with their chances, putting seven shots on target, scoring four goals, and generating an xG of 2.27. Just different classes on the pitch.

1980: The last time USMNT conceded four goals in opening 40 minutes. It's the first time ever the feat has happened at home with the previous instance coming in Mexico back in 1980. Even in the loss to Colombia, it took until the second half for them to run away with things, scoring three goals after the 77th minute of play in that Copa America tune-up last summer.
