That's the point though. Shouldn't even be an option anymore. Cause injuries happen, and then you have shit like this. Calling up any B team defender (especially Chadi) and playing him tonight would've been better than fielding Pique, and we would've had to do that, if Pique had any shame and left before this season started and he wouldn't be in the squad anymore.

And who knows, after Araujo and Kounde injuries, Xavi would've probably had to call up Chadi, who would maybe be having his break out season like Gavi did, when we had no other choice but to call him (someone) up last season. Instead, we have this dinosaur still taking up space, taking minutes away from any talented youngster, not to mention still collecting that huge paycheck and costing club millions every week.

Him being 5th option is a problem, because he when injuries happened he is is now playing instead of those players
