Messi and Iniesta are the kinda guys who seem fake af with the "nice guy" act and are total bitches behind the scenes(not so sure about Iniesta but the other one is more than obvious) so wouldn't read much into it.
When you have the ambitions Pique obviously has in the future of the club, you definitely make a few enemies along the way and rub some people the wrong way.
Doubt he's losing any sleep over guys who sold their soul to Qatar and Japan's money.....

We don't know him personally and it's far more complex than "no one can hate Iniesta" based on his public persona(which is admirable).....human relationships don't work like that.
Maybe he and Pique drifted apart or fell out.
It's hardly a big deal to fall out with one person. Infact both can be nice human beings and still fall out in certain circumstances. Hardly saying much.

Well I'm not too sure about how Iniesta is as a person. In public he seems great but that doesn't mean we'll just assume he's that good in private. Although the indications point towards him being a top guy. The thing is I'm not for painting someone as a saint just like that because after all he belongs to the same Friends group and probably has his share of fall-outs too. Just against the "He can do no wrong" narrative. It's not that binary: black and white but it's various shades of grey.
Basically I'm saying that it's not very telling that Andres and Gerard might have fallen out behind the scenes or aren't very fond of each other.
