Gerard Piqué

Pique is not even close to Ramos. He's basically the Gary Neville of centerbacks. A decent player that managed to stay in a dominant team for a long time.

I would say Pique is better in term of individual performance, defending skills but Ramos is way ranked above him because of his leader, longevity and scoring ability.

Pique at his best probably played a higher level as a pure defender (2014-2015 for instance where we conceded only 37 goals in 60 games) compared to Ramos at his best.

But Ramos crushes him on leadership, goal scoring, and other intangibles.

Yes true and the difference is becoming bigger and bigger. Pique focus on business while Ramos on playing as long as possible. Different priorities.

He's so slow in training.
I don't understand why he said 'I would be the first to leave' yet, he's still here. He made no offer. As usual, he just vent. Rakitic and Messi were the only classy players this summer, offering to make room for the younger players. Not that Rakitic had a choice but he went off without fuss.

Well, you know, he did actually offer to leave unlike Piqu?, who was then saluted for saying he would be the first to go .
Leo said in the interview, it's time to make room for the youngest players.
What's not classy with this?

He tried to leave for free in silence without directly addressing the 8-2 or stating his reasons for wanting to leave until it was clear that he was no longer able to leave.

But what make you think he wouldn't have adress the supporters about his reasons to leave after the deal with another club was done?
He was advise to shut up before it was done. It's not that simple. There are so many actors in this, even the sponsors like Adidas, what do they make of it?
He was badly advise for sure but it's easy in our positions as observers to judge him on this.
At least he offered Bar?a to not pay his huge wages anymore 😋

Him and Lenglet are 2 fucking jokers. With alba and Bob on the flanks and we're going to be ***** without lube several times this season.

You guys realise he will be titular again?
He said after Bayern match "if I have to, I'll be first to leave". Anyone know more about his status in Barcelona, because he didn't offer to leave at all! He's hiding behind Messi's Burofax drama, but for how long?
