Yup, congrats to all the german members.
I actually watched the game in Germany, in Aachen to be exact :)
I like both teams but I wanted Messi to win so I had to act as if I supported Germany lol

Haha yup, I did
I do feel bad for Messi but at the same time I am not unhappy about Germany winning the WC, as I live close to the German border, speak German and 'feel a little bit like a German'

World Champion... even without Reus and Gomez... Who would have guessed? Potentially some great years ahead for the team.

Kramer cannot remember the first half after the blow on his head.

How was he even let back in to play?!!!!

Head injuries are incredibly dangerous. He could look fine and then suddenly collapse.

Germany's medical team should be questioned on this.

Herberger, Schön, Beckenbauer and.... Löw. I must be dreaming.

In Löw's defense, he did realise the Lahm in midfield experiment failed and adjusted the tactic. Im also pleased with the defense, nowhere near as shaky and vulnerable as it used to be (but still not top class). And offensive set pieces used to be a weakpoint too, which we scored a lot of goals from this tournament. So overall not as bad as expected, I still hope he leaves after the Euro, hopefully giving the keys over to Tuchel. He's a tactical genius IMO.

Is it still just a rumor that Tuchel will take the reigns from Flick as his assistant coach?
I too think he would be an excellent replacement, if he manages to gain the player's respect, despite being just the sidekick. Worked for Löw as well, when Klinsmann was still at the helm for the first two years.

It´s a rumor but would make a lot of sense. He forced Mainz to let him out of his contract after a great season, and hasnt picked a new team for the season. He´s very young and ambitious and hasnt really won anything so far, so I doubt he´ll do a Pep and chill for a year. In the Bundesliga all the teams that would be a step up for him already have coach, so the only real opportunity is either to manage abroad or go to the NT. And as far as I know the men in charge at Germany rate him highly.
I love the idea of him being an assistant coach for Löw until the Euro 2016 and then take over. He´d have time to get to know the players and think about the style of football he´d want to play. Like you said, he pretty inexperienced in managing top class players, but Mainz´s style of fast attacking football while still remaining disciplined in defense is very suited for Germany.

Low  The look at his face, so awkward. That's Hummels' GF for the record.

He is probably thinking: "Those mediengeile Huren, trying to steal my thunder and bask in my glory, those low-life cunts! wtf have they ever done to be here except for looking good and selling their cunts to my players?" ;)

Found it pretty pathetic how all those money/fame-leeches stormed onto the pitch, well-aware they'd be on world-wide TV for several seconds.
