This is definitely worth a gamble. I know Raiola is a shit but at least this transfer would push Ter Stegen out or force him to perform.
Sad part is that Chelsea are likely to sign him strengthening their squad and ensuring both keepers compete for their place.

Right now there isn't a single club who will give him guaranteed starting spot.
Allegri wants to keep Scezny and they might be out of the race.
