Visted liverpool forum before few days. They really like Gini, and they hope he will stay. He has been great for them.

Was against him coming at first. but after seeing Busquets and Pjanic this season, I would absolutely take Gini on a free for a few years while selling Pjanic for 20M and shipping off Busquets to China or retirement.

He could be a great replacement for Busquets, not in a traditional sense, but Busquets's player profile has become obsolete anyway, Gini would bring so much more athleticism and fight into our midfield. Also think De Jong could benefit hugely from playing with him, could continue his great development as the box-to-box in that case too.

No one will pay even 5m for Pjanic with his current age, form and wages.

I doubt that anyone would pay even 5m.

He can only leave for free or on loans where we are paying a part of his wages.

Watched the City vs Liverpool match. Gini is way better player at this point. Not close. He would be great improvement for us.

The media have said he wants more from Liverpool and longer than would at Barca in part because he has been on a relatively low wage there as not been renewed since signed in 2015 and being paid less than worth.

They have tried to keep him.
