He's one of the primary reasons Valencia is 2nd in La Liga, but he doesn't have the quality for PSG? That doesn't make sense.

Lutece FC is Nasser if you didn't know. So if he confirmed that Guedes will be sold I believe him.

You will see. Paris S.G has to find 80 M€ (by selling players or new/increased sponsoring contract) before 30th June to be compliant with FFP. So they will sell him, Ben Arfa, Krychowiak, Lucas or Di Maria.
