They are owned by a billionaire after all. In the long term it would make sense to ensure successive champions league campaigns so invest in team. Assuming it's true. Sources are Montecarlo radio and a bola

Maybe getting 40 odd million for Cancelo. Been rumoured.

Think off back of this season they would get 50m for Guedes fairly easily so doesnt seem to shady. Just suprising its Valencia.

PSG tried to make as much money as possible on Guedes, but Valencia were likely only willing to pay up if they managed to goad Madrid into paying 80-100M for Rodrigo. Didn't work, so PSG bailed.

I get that, but with Guedes adamant that it was Valencia or nothing, it now leaves PSG with only 4 days to reinvest that money in a LB/DM.
