Of course they can.

They wanted RVP all of last summer, and only offered 8 million for him, ending up settling for Bendtner on loan. They only offered 18 million for Higuain, but reportedly only wanted to pay in installments. Arsenal is sitting on large cash reserves and is offering 22million pounds up front, and seems to be going all out to get him. Since then, Juve has been in contact with City to get Tevez and is still trying to get Jovetic. I might be wrong here, but it looks like they've given up

It's been well documented that Juventus don't have lots of money and won't be able to offer massive wages!

They currently have a massive squad and need to get rid of many.

If they had lots of money, they wouldn't be looking at signing the likes of Diamanti on the cheap.

Yeah they have a few useless players.De Ceglie,Padoin,Marrone,Jorge Martinez.They can bring some money off them and some other guys but not so many

nah diamanti is not good enough for a top club, he was rubbish at west ham and does nothing for italy whenever he is picked...

I like Diamanti. And Marrone isn't useless, he just doesn't get the playing time in that midfield. He was doing well for Italia U21s before he picked up that injury.

Diamanti gets called up to Italy for a reason. He's been outstanding for Bologna & i've seen alot of him the past couple of seasons. He's got better with age.

Think the freedom and regular first team action he will get will see higuain come on. I think he is a class forward but its gone sour for him at msdrid but he can be s big success for arsenal
