I have to agree. He simply doesent run as he dosent care about the team, he doesent run not even if the ball is 3m from him, defensively he does absolutely nothing

Very disappointed by this performance, even if the team improved by the second half. Aguero, Di Maria and Higuain....bloody hell were they awful! Failed passes, failed dribbles, failed shots. They couldn't do possibly worse. At least Messi improved himself by the second half. But this team has a lot of work to do. Sabella better not settle for this performance as a whole and the individual performance by particular stars of the team.

Best sign was that he made changes at half time. And it worked, the team improved. But di maria and kun need to get better, messi too. Higuain is coming back from injury, but his presence made an impact. Also, Gago. Both him and pipita have to stay fit all wc.

Yeah, the second half was miles better than the first, but still Argentina has quite a few issues to work out. I mean no disrespect, but this is only Bosnia and Herzegovina. They will have much bigger headaches against the elite teams.

Hope they finish first and work out the kinks before facing Portugal.

Bosnia was probably the toughest opponent in this group, so no. Many things from the tactics to the form of several players were just off tonight. Nothing to do with "saving energy".

People need to chill. All of the Argentine attack are coming off a long season and into a different weather. They'll improve as they acclimatize and find their linking again. And of course Sabella needs to get his formation and tactics right. Although I'd like him to play this 5-3-2 for 1st half against teams like Germany/Netherland etc.
