hope he's not losing the plot and will figure things out asap. Losing at home to freaking Palmas is unacceptable. Last time i checked they were near bottom of the table.

Also it seems when we don't play with our best front 4 we look flat and toothless up front. By Best front 4 i mean Raph, Lewa,Lamine and Olmo as 10.

When he switches things up to rotate the level drops massively. Maybe the other players are just not good enough to get the job done.

One another thing he needs to recognize is that La liga teams are very good technically compared to the average team in bundesliga

Remember after beating Madrid and the players were chanting for three days rest.

Yeah, fuck that mentality. Need to get Thiago back to translate properly and set the soy boys straight.

Nail, hammer, head.

This post nails it completely.

ITS THE CLUB CULTURE OF COMPLACENCY THATS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM HERE.

After Xavi win 4 0 against Madrid we had a similar dip. Basically even when Madrid are playing ass, disjointed football they will find a way to win by fighting till the end. Yes, the refs help them but that's the reality of la liga. You either change leagues or find a way to win.

I didn't watch the match but this result is beyond disastrous.

Flick has to take part of the blame but these fucking players are just lazy. I'm sorry but you cannot be burnt out by December, that's just rubbish. I understand if you're burnt out by March or April but these guys are not running ultramarathons every day. They're being physically monitored and their work volumes are being adjusted accordingly.

Yes, they cannot press hard every match and that's something Flick has to recognise. This team is not as durable physically or mentally as his Bayern side.

Even our greatest teams lapsed into complacency because of the club culture. The reason Madrid won so many CLs is mentality. We could beat them in one off games but when it came to the grind and pressure of high intensity CL football we would buckle repeatedly.

For some reason, if we beat Madrid the team goes on holiday mentally and think they have enough credit to play poorly for the next five games. Pussies.

I don't think there is any manager in the world that can fix that problem.

Step 1: Take T tests. Entire team. Cause Flick has boobs too

Step 2: Strip names from shirts. Earn to gain that #5 or #9.

Step 3: Close Barca social media that is absolute cancer.

Could easily name more steps but not worth it. "Athletes" of today are step away from mercenaries. I'm in my 40s and could easily bully most of those lads.

Where is Hristo from '92. Where is Puyol of that 06' and 09' team. Or Mascherano of that '11.

It's crazy how lazy and entitled this bunch are.
I mean Olmo is missing matches for the flimsiest of reasons. He's barely played any matches.
We're not even in February or March and some on the forum are complaining about burnout. I understand the players are not machines but complaining about burnout this early in the season is laughable.

The La Liga campaign of Hansi Flick resembles the one of Feldmarshall Heinz Guderian in 1941 in Soviet Russia. Both had impressive start, and both got bogged down by December. 😟

Tell you what, though, gotta believe and trust Commander Flick still. Nothing is lost yet.
