Optimism is at a high man, this is the first time I see Barcelona playing this well and competing this well in my time supporting this club. The other moments of glory I watched through replays since I was quite young when they used to dominate Europe.
Well let's see. There are still a lot of games to go, and we have a packed schedule coming up.
And players are starting to get fatigued and injured.
Anything the last decade has taught me is to stay humble in CL. You never know when we shit the bed.

This dude is a freaking machine.

I literally cannot believe this is the same squad as lat year + Olmo (who is injured half the time anyways). Same squad that was causing Xavi to have mental breakdowns on the sidelines.

Renew him and sign him some players this summer.

GOAT manager.

Probably the best quality of his Barça side is that we can score a crazy number of goals in very short time, it has been our most powerful weapon in big games.

Real Madrid (La Liga) - 2 goals in 2 minutes
Real Madrid (Supercopa) - 4 goals in 30 minutes
Atletico Madrid (La Liga) - 4 goals in 23 minutes
Atletico Madrid (CDR) - 3 goals in 22 minutes
Benfica (UCL) - 3 goals in 18 minutes

This means you can really never write his team off unless you are really smashing it by 3 or 4 goals and having complete control of the game (never happens though, because of insane pressing).

Be it that we have to come back from a deficit in a big match or finish the easier game early on, this is extremely useful.

Defensive fraility is, although definitely existent, often vastly exaggerated. Now that we started with regular clean sheets, this is turning into a complete team that is yet in the building phase - only to get better with more signings and brand new Camp Nou.

Blitzkrieg-ball by Herr Meister Hansi !!!

Opponent can't cope with the constant waves of attack in transitions and in set-play.
They eventually crumble and surrender...
