Harry Kane

Why is this guy so underrated?

His passing range and vision is absolutely ridiculous. These are KDB level passes. Better passing ability than the so called "playmakers" today.

He's actually underrated because he's English. People just assumed that the media overhyped him and he isn't all that good.

Because his passing won't benefit his team more than him staying as a no9. Maybe for a club like Spurs it was important, but for a team like Bayern most fans wanted him to stick upfront.

He's an amazing goalscorer too so it's not a problem. He can do both. Arguably the best finisher in the world.

I can't think of a classic striker who is a better passer than him. Some of his passes are proper KDB level.

If we face Bayern in CL semis, he’s gonna give our defense all sorts of problems because his football IQ is high and his passing game is no. 10 level

His passing and playmaking game is why I rate prime Kane higher than prime Lewandowski. If he didn't have that I'd rate Robert more highly.

I know some people prefer him being in the box and playing on the shoulder. However, I think that's such a waste of his technical talents.

Kane was stupid not to leave Spurs years ago, could have easily 2 cls with a top team

Only RM won multiple CL in that time frame.
I like Kane, and I was actually the first to suggest him as Lewa replacement in 2026, but I don't see many clubs that could afford him that would have got him thise multiple CL titles. Bayern had prime Lewa before signing him, RM had Ballon dor Benzema, City has one CL with arguably a superior striker. Liverpool was never able to sign him, he was too good to waste himself in PSG for CL shot. Maybe Chelsea's Tuchel?

Good points, youre right every top team had a striker already

PSG would be a risk but better than playing for a cl spot every year....

but could have also gone to a team where he can play at least for league title

In an alternative reality we would have paid 120M (and additional 15M) for him instead of Griezmann in 2019, and replaced Suarez with a striker that could have been playing for us until 2028 or something.
