NL Derby's more fierce, yeah. Chelsea's not directly competing with Spurs (not this season), yeah. But they are cultural rivals, and have been for more than half a century. Levy never deals with Chelsea, and vice versa. Arsenal/Chelsea dealings are more likely. I would say the hatred between the London clubs are bigger than the hatred between RM and Barcelona.

Sol Campbell was at Spurs for 12 years, and he had no problems to betray them for an even bigger rival in Arsenal. Everything is possible, but in the end, he will probably stay at Spurs, shouldn't have signed the contract in 2018, it was a huge career mistake in hindsight.
