The fact that Shearer have won the PL and still extremely hard for people to just recognize him as top scorer is a confirmation of my point not a negation.

You stated that him staying and dragging his body till old age just to be top scorer will net him recognition.

I said, no it's not the recipe to be recognized in history not at ALL .. and i gave an example.

Now why are you telling me that some players have won the league, but nobody give a shit about them ? what the relation between this and the discussion subject ? [ logic reminder : (A => B) !=> (B => A) ]

Wining a CL title while giving Bayern 4-5 great seasons of glory is way waaaaay more useful in that regard for him than banging goals against Fulham

I said if he wins the Bundesliga not Bundesliga plus CL.

Infact, I clearly said if you add CLs then I'll change my opinion.

So the decision for Kane is:

1. Stay and fight to score as many goals as possible.
2. Leave for Bayern to collect free league trophies and have a greater chance at winning the CL.

There's a lot more upside to joining Bayern, even if CL is harder to win than PL top scorer (which is far from an easy task to achieve in itself).

If he decides to stay knowing Spurs will not win anything with him, he will just prove he is an egocentric loser, and nobody will give a shit about his record.

perhaps cause football is a team sport, individual awards in football are crap cause they would never be achived without the other 10 guys.
Would Lewa break Gerds record if the entire team didnt help him to go for that goal? I imagine they have a bit of remorse about that today

Needs 63 more in order to break Alan Shearer's record. Doable in 3 seasons if he stays fit.. Also needs a couple more to break Tottenham's record and one to be the undisputed number one scorer for England. Could've been already if he didn't miss that 2nd penalty against France.

Imagine having all these records and individual prizes but never having won a collective trophy. Their team could have challenged for an FA Cup atleast, if Arsenal won so many. Or even the Europa League, since it's more prestigious now than it was 10 years ago when English teams didn't want it. Needs to join another Premier League team after this season, or after the next one.
