Hello everyone - problem with Culers Premium

Hi!
I'm just looking forward towards my first live game of Barcelona. I've bought tickets for home game against Mallorca.
Barca emailed me with special code for Culers Premium codes (for a year) for each ticket bought.
I tried to activate the accounts - all the codes are invalid. I emailed the support - one week - no response. I tried again after a week - still codes are not working, and nobody answered either first or second mail. Is there anything I can do, anyone to contact in that case?

Question no 2, I'm going to the match with my son and my dad, do I have to create the culers account for each of them or I will get tickets without that?

Looks like your 3 Culé P. came as a perk. Maybe check if there's a designated start date for when you can activate the memberships? If not, keep pestering customer support lol

2/ reckon they'll send you the e-tickets via email, typically at the 11th & 3/4 hour. Independent to Culé annual membership.
