Looks like he got seriously injured again in a friendly against Girona yesterday.

His time here is probably coming to an end through no fault of his own. Will have been out for nearly 2 years just because of injuries. I hope he can get his career back on track.

Being constantly plagued by injuries, the Japanese was never able to adapt to Bar?a despite the efforts of the club. He got injured in the preseason match against Girona in August. Months have passed and little is known about him. Hiroki cost ?1.1M and has a contract until 2023.

Feel bad for him, he has shown some promise but injuries have ruined him. Hopefully he can finally stay healthy and get his career back on track in Japan before eventually returning to Europe.

He can still arrive to Euro level in his mid twenties, if injuries can be fought off.

Talented and likeable player with unfortunate injuries here. Had some good moments and when not injured was at that level better than Barca B but not good enough for the A.

Celtic are integrating some talented Japanese players at the moment. Seen guys like Hatate and don't think he is better than Hiroki without the injuries for example.
