How good was Thierry Henry in his Barcelona's days ?

Thierry Henry's time at Barcelona (2007–2010) was a highly successful period for both the club and the player, although it was a bit of a transition phase in his career. While Henry was no longer in the prime of his athletic ability, he still demonstrated his world-class talent and played an important role in Barcelona's success during his tenure.

One year was wasted owing to Ronaldinho & Deco partying their way out of the club but he had an impact, just quite different from the one he had in the Premiership. I’m still thinking only Suarez & Kun comes close for the sheer brutality of impact Henry had in England
Suarez was slowed down by mediocre Liverpool, his final season was crazy good.

Also I would include Eric Cantona, he's the OG of Premier League. Dennis Bergkamp and Gianfranco Zola helped in elevating the league to new heights.

Suarez was a monster, if we had gotten the player ahead of Ajax - wow

IIRC he played wider left in Ajax's system. I'm not sure our scouting would have spotted him at Groningen. Dutch big 3 are the stage, the stepping stone so to say.

By the time he made it big in Eredivisie, 2010-2011, Rosell was in charge and he was to invest in big names, the trend that would continue whole decade.
