How would Pep or Mou do managing a mid table team?

After seeing Mou doing

every time he's been told he won't be having an exclusive 3rd striker(even though he has Ronaldo, who's previously proven he can be a worthy striker for no other club than Manchester United), don't really think he could do much with a mid table club.

With Pep, as Meta already said, he works well with small squads. So should get better results compared to Mou
