A more confident Ibi would have gone for the cross as soon as he got the ball on the right wing and was left quite some space... And his running on the ball does look awkward, like he is dancing on the ball or some thing
I wont feel quite any nervous if he starts the next cup game. The player is sure earning Pep's trust. Really looking forward to his days when he is adapted to the game and his new team mates. Quite an impressive debut that was IMHO

It really wasnt that bad. You could see he went on the pitch to NOT make a mistake, instead of showing what he can do by playing freely. He's definately out of his comfortzone. Needs time to find his place. Like Estel mentioned...he must be doing something good to get Pep's trust in such a short time he has been with the squad.
