De Boer, Wenger, Laudrup or Conte.
I think that we need a coach who will learn to our team how defend as a hole team. (like Bayern and Madrid )

Then what is Arsene WHINGER doing there? Have you seen how Arsenal defend?

They don't even practice defensive drills in training.

Laudrup together with Luis Enrique. People with vision, a Barça history, a great career as footballers and leadership.

I think Wenger because he is experienced manager and have good track record with developing players to their best. I think his tactical knowledge is very good and can provide conservative tactics for our team.

André Villas-Boas on the long run since I am impressed by his football philosophy. Mourinho if instant progress is a must. I really believe that the latter would be the closest pick to rival Pep's success. He knows the club better than most and even speaks Catalan.

Moreover he is the best manager around. Like him or not but his credentials speak for themselves.

Not going to happen though.

Mou gets what he wants. It will be a disaster if we appoint mou(Relationship between fans and manager) we often will be seeing "MOU OUT" posters. ofcourse we will great on the pitch . it will be like rafa-chelsea Scenario

I would like to have Pelligrini, thinks he's an excellent coach. Also Laudrup perhaps, maybe De Boer, Klopp.

No. Laudrup will never be a barca coach. He's a traitor.

Laudrup is a Barça legend. He had arguments with Cruijff, so he basically had to leave to still play top football. He said he never intended for it to be a controversial move, he just wanted to play. "People say I wanted to go to Real Madrid just to get revenge. I say revenge from what? I've had a perfect time; five fantastic years here. I went to Madrid because they were so hungry to win, and they had four or five players who went to the World Cup. I said this would be perfect; new coach, new players, and hungry to win."
He also predicted that Barça would not win anything in the following season, because the players were all tired out and lost their hunger.
I don't think it's really fair to call a 'foreigner' (non-Catalan/Spaniard) a traitor for just wanting a different challenge. Of course it was painful, but to hold a grudge like that is silly in my opinion.
